• The customer’s relationship is directly with the service provider. Lit Glass is only a resource that assists with procuring pricing and contracting. Lit Glass is NOT a reseller or wholesale provider. Customer will continue to receive invoicing, repair & account management directly from the carrier

   

• Lit Glass is a client advocate! Our top priority is customer satisfaction and quality of service. Lit Glass will assist in any escalation or issues that arise with any solution that we are utilized throughout the lifecycle of that service

   

•  No contracts to sign or commitment- A customer can utilize Lit Glass however they seem fit.
